Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor. The total cost of the purchase will be clear before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including shipping costs. Any customs or other extra charges are on the buyer of the product.


Receive a order

Your order begins to be processed when we at completeclothing.se have received an approved payment. We then pack your item and send it away with the shipping method that the customer has chosen in advance. This usually happens within 5 working days. Delivery time varies depending on which shipping method you have chosen.

Delivery

Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 5 working days after the order is received. For pre-orders, an expected delivery time is stated in the product information. Shipping

Cancellation

If the product is damaged in any way or is not in new condition, the return will not be approved. The customer is responsible for all costs regarding the return.

Complaint

Autoretur

If you as a consumer ordered a package from us, and do not pick up your item on time, the package will after a certain time be sent back to us at completeclothing.se. If this happens, you as a customer get the money back for the goods you bought, but you will have to pay a fee to us at completeclothing.se. The fee is SEK 300. If unexpected extra costs are added, the fee, which you as a consumer must pay, may also change.

Right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the time you as the buyer received the product. If you want to cancel the purchase, you return the item in a substantially unchanged condition and you will get it back you have paid for the item, including the shipping cost from completeclothing.se to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return shipping
